Description

Analyze and evaluate business systems and user needs to formulate solutions that align with business strategies.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze user requests for new or modified products.
• Lead requirements-gathering sessions, including workshops, interviews, and document analysis.
• Translate system and business requirements into epics, features, and user stories with defined acceptance criteria.
• Write User Acceptance Testing (UAT) test scripts and perform UAT testing.
• Identify and document project risks and outline mitigation actions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst on medium to large projects.
• Proficiency in Agile practices and story writing.
• Ability to collaborate with agile delivery teams, technical staff, business partners, and vendors.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Suite, ADO, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Experience tracking requirements throughout the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Analytical capability to evaluate alternative solutions and problem approaches using logic and reasoning.
• Familiarity with VISIO and Draw.io.
