Description

You will own the analysis, documentation, and integration of business systems within a healthcare environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and system interactions.
• Design integration interfaces and create comprehensive system integration documentation.
• Gather and document business requirements and system design specifications.
• Plan and execute UAT, including test case creation, tracking, and results evaluation.
• Facilitate system walk-throughs and provide end-user training.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst.
• Proven experience in healthcare business analysis and financial system upgrades.
• Strong proficiency in Agile methodologies, specifically Kanban and Scrum.
• Ability to create clear, effective written documentation and communicate verbally.
• Experience leading or participating in system and application walk-throughs.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Direct experience with financial system modernization projects.
• Familiarity with healthcare regulatory requirements and data flows.
