Description

You will bridge the gap between business needs and technical system design through detailed analysis and documentation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define system goals and devise logical operational steps for programs.
• Create and validate detailed functional specifications, data migration rules, and business rules.
• Develop system design procedures, test procedures, and quality standards.
• Design flow charts, entity diagrams, swim-lanes, and UML diagrams.
• Analyze user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility within time and cost constraints.

Required Skills

• Direct experience working with Salesforce.
• Proficiency in creating UML diagrams, entity diagrams, and swim-lane diagrams.
• Experience developing system design and data migration rules.
• Ability to conduct work studies on information flow, inventory control, and cost analysis.
• Experience documenting findings and preparing recommendations for system implementation.
• Bachelor's degree in business management or a related field.
• Ability to travel to unanticipated client locations throughout the US.

Preferred Skills

• 5+ years of total professional experience.
