Description

You will act as a strategic partner between application development teams and business stakeholders to define software requirements and business rules.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Write clear, concise, and comprehensive business and reporting requirements.
• Participate in design, requirements engineering, scrum execution, and technical discussions.
• Provide feedback on requirements, specifications, technical design documents, and testing results.
• Identify, design, document, and maintain system processes.
• Develop partnerships with business teams and stakeholders to optimize integrations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst.
• Experience in requirements engineering and technical design documentation.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Experience working within a Scrum framework.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships and communicate technical insights.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
