You will translate complex business requirements into technical solutions within a cloud-native environment.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into functional specifications and actionable technical solutions.
• Perform root cause analysis to resolve systemic issues and optimize business processes.
• Manage ERP and CRM business processes while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Communicate technical requirements and system updates to non-technical stakeholders.
• Utilize project management tools to plan and manage project resources through completion.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in a similar role.
• Proficiency with SQL and data visualization tools.
• Hands-on experience with Git, Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Experience with low-code platforms and familiarity with microservices architecture.
• Working knowledge of project management software including ADO, Jira, and Asana.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools such as Microsoft Visio or Lucidchart.
• Understanding of automation tools, monitoring, and logging platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO), or SAFe certifications.
