You will bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution by managing requirements and ensuring system reliability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, develop, and document technical specifications and project requirements.
• Collaborate with developers to clarify requirements throughout the full development cycle.
• Create software test plans, user guides, meeting minutes, and action items.
• Conduct quality assurance testing to ensure system reliability and adherence to requirements.
• Train users on new and existing software systems and provide documentation support.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis or project management roles.
• Proven ability to interpret complex data and present it clearly to stakeholders.
• Strong technical writing skills for documentation, proposals, and change requests.
• Experience facilitating meetings and communicating with customers, technical staff, and vendors.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision to meet established deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail.
• Capacity to learn new systems quickly.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience using Accela or collaborating with Accela development teams.
• Experience working within or with a Community organization.
