Description

Act as the liaison between business needs and technical solutions, driving requirements, system improvements, and scalable delivery.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business and system requirements through stakeholder collaboration.
• Analyze existing systems and workflows, recommending and designing process improvements.
• Partner with architects, developers, DevOps, and QA teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure all acceptance criteria are met.
• Support data integration, reporting, and dashboard development for business insights.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role.
• Proficiency with SQL for data querying and analysis.
• Experience using Data Visualization tools for reporting and dashboards.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with Git for version control and Jenkins for CI/CD pipelines.
• Exposure to microservices architecture and cloud-native applications.
• Knowledge of modern DevOps practices.
• Understanding of SOX and PCI-DSS compliance requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in regulated industries with strict compliance standards.
• Background in full-stack development or architecture.
