Description

You will optimize, standardize, and automate business processes using RPA tools, producing design documents and maintaining solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing processes to identify opportunities for optimization and automation.
• Partner with Business Analysts and external partners to implement RPA solutions.
• Produce Process Design Documents (PDD) and Solution Design Documents (SDD).
• Design, test, and maintain RPA solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and are delivered error-free.
• Collaborate with the Automation Center of Excellence (COE) to align with best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business process analysis or related roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft .NET programming.
• Hands-on experience with RPA development.
• Experience with UiPath.
• Familiarity with HR systems such as Workday, ADP, or iCIMS.
• Ability to document technical workflows through PDD and SDD.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
