You will own the technical requirements and system architecture for the compensation functional area within the People technology platform.
Responsibilities
Translate business needs into technical requirements and develop solutions to increase adoption of Workday and Pave.
Provide architectural consultation across Workday modules and integrated enterprise business systems.
Support all stages of the software development life cycle, including configuration, data conversion, functional specifications, and system quality testing.
Define internal best practices for system architecture and design across the compensation planning ecosystem.
Create and maintain documentation for business processes, integrations, and data architecture to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with IT engineering, data, and security teams to implement a multi-quarter technology roadmap.
Required Skills
8+ years of experience in business systems analysis.
Deep expertise in Workday HCM Core.
Hands-on experience with Workday Compensation.
Proficiency in Workday US Payroll.
Experience with Workday Reporting.
Knowledge of Workday Security configurations.
Experience managing integrations and data conversion within a People Systems environment.
Ability to drive consensus between business and technical stakeholders.
