Own the functional health and integrity of core business systems, including Salesforce, Cornerstone, Enablon, and Origami.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end system health for Waymo-specific custom applications on Salesforce.
• Administer Cornerstone, managing backend configurations and ongoing maintenance.
• Provide functional support and troubleshoot application issues for Enablon and Origami.
• Perform complex data validation and auditing using SQL and Google BigQuery.
• Translate functional requirements into technical builds and manage sprint alignment with engineering teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in business systems analysis.
• Expert proficiency in SQL for data validation and auditing.
• Experience with Google BigQuery for large-scale data validation.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (VLOOKUPs, complex formulas) for reconciliation.
• Familiarity with Salesforce as a primary system platform.
• Experience translating functional requirements into technical specifications.
• System administration experience for specialized platforms (e.g., LMS, Risk Management).
