Description

You will own technical requirements and system architecture for the compensation functional area within the People technology platform.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into technical requirements and develop solutions to increase adoption of Workday and Pave.
• Provide architectural consultation across Workday modules and integrated enterprise business systems.
• Support all stages of the software development life cycle, including configuration, data conversion, functional specifications, and system quality testing.
• Define internal best practices for system architecture and design across the compensation planning ecosystem.
• Collaborate with IT engineering, data, and security teams to implement a multi-quarter technology roadmap.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in business systems analysis.
• Deep expertise in Workday HCM Core.
• Hands-on experience with Workday Compensation.
• Proficiency in Workday US Payroll.
• Experience with Workday Reporting.
• Knowledge of Workday Security configurations.
• Experience managing integrations and data conversion within a People Systems environment.
• Ability to drive consensus between business and technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Create and maintain documentation for business processes, integrations, and data architecture to identify areas for improvement.
