You will bridge business requirements and technical execution for multi-year initiatives, managing stakeholder alignment and project lifecycles.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements and translate them into actionable user stories.
• Provide product and testing support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage stakeholder communications to ensure alignment on project goals.
• Apply SDLC best practices to business analysis workflows.
• Support long-term initiatives with a minimum two-year commitment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business or systems analysis.
• Expertise in requirements gathering and user story writing.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and business analysis methodologies.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to perform cost-benefit analysis.
• Basic understanding of procurement and sourcing processes.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
