Duties:
This role provides senior business systems analyst consulting expertise to align enterprise strategy with scalable process design and CPQ best practices. The consultant will define and optimize complex, cross-functional workflows supporting advanced services, sales, order management, and field operations. Responsibilities include translating business needs into functional requirements and user stories, partnering with architects and developers to implement CPQ configurations, and ensuring alignment across integrated enterprise platforms including ServiceNow, Salesforce, CPQ, and ERP systems. The role also supports process governance, platform standardization, testing, and adoption to ensure scalable, sustainable solutions that deliver measurable business value.

• 5-8 years of experience
• Bachelor's degree required
