Responsibilities

• Analyze and translate complex requirements into functional system design documents.
• Recommend technical solutions by evaluating current applications, interfaces, and data structures.
• Facilitate design whiteboarding sessions to ensure business needs meet organizational standards.
• Support system production issues, change requests, and ongoing maintenance.
• Present subject matter expertise, analysis, and proposed solutions to internal and external audiences.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Business Systems Analysis.
• Mandatory domain experience in the banking sector.
• Proven ability to work across diverse business and engineering teams.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and analytical problem-solving.
• Strong capability in technical documentation and functional design.
• Expertise in mapping complex system data flows.
• Ability to communicate technical options and solutions through written reports and presentations.
