Description

You will facilitate Salesforce CRM implementation and support the software development lifecycle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements for Salesforce CRM through direct interaction with business user groups.
• Collaborate with Program Managers and cross-functional counterparts to support the software development process.
• Apply SDLC methodologies to project workflows.
• Define project scope and conduct roadshow meetings with internal and external distribution channels.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business systems analysis.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce.
• Working knowledge of SDLC methodologies.
• Ability to facilitate requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders.
• Experience defining project scope.
• Experience managing distribution channel communications.
