Description

You will act as the technical bridge between business stakeholders and implementation teams to drive customer data management and journey orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and data models within the CDP.
• Design schemas for identity resolution and unified customer profiles.
• Implement customer journey orchestration workflows to automate personalized experiences.
• Manage data ingestion, transformation, and segmentation processes in collaboration with technical teams.
• Monitor CDP performance and analyze data trends to identify optimization opportunities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in a similar data-driven role.
• 3+ years of experience working with Customer Data Platforms (CDP).
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) or similar CDP tools.
• Strong knowledge of data integration, identity resolution, and customer data management.
• Ability to design data models and schemas for unified customer profiles.
• Proven track record of translating complex business needs into functional technical documentation.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Adobe Analytics or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Familiarity with API integrations, SDKs, and data pipelines.
• Understanding of privacy and data governance standards including GDPR, CCPA, and HIPAA.
