Analyze business needs and translate them into technical specifications, documentation, and testing artifacts.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Write and maintain Business Requirements Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirements Documents (FRD).
• Execute testing types including sanity, regression, integration, condition, case, and data testing.
• Report, triage, and manage defects through the lifecycle.
• Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications for development teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in a related role.
• Strong proficiency in creating and analyzing BRDs and FRDs.
• Hands-on experience with SQL Server for data validation and testing.
• Demonstrated ability in data testing and verification.
• Experience with Ms Project for scheduling and tracking.
• Proven track record in defect management processes.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree in a relevant technical or business field.
