Description

You will bridge financial business objectives with technical data implementation in payments and mortgage domains.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Translate business objectives into functional and technical specifications, including BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flows.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers and BI Developers to optimize data pipelines and reporting layers on Databricks.
• Design and validate KPIs, metrics, and business rules using Tableau dashboards to meet regulatory and operational needs.
• Perform data analysis using SQL and Databricks Notebooks for root cause investigation and data quality assurance.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions align with banking industry benchmarks and compliance standards.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the finance or banking domain.
• Deep expertise in payments and mortgage processing workflows.
• Hands-on experience with ETL, Data Warehouse (DWH), and Data Integration (DI) initiatives.
• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and validation.
• Experience using Databricks for data investigation and notebook-based analysis.
• Ability to build and validate business metrics using Tableau.
• Proven track record of documenting data flow diagrams and technical artifacts.
