You design and implement automated data workflows, database architectures, and reporting systems to integrate ERP, lab, and production tools.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement automated data workflows connecting Microsoft Dynamics NAV with scheduling tools, lab systems, and reporting platforms.
• Develop a production scheduling framework to optimize resource allocation and reduce manual coordination delays.
• Architect scalable databases and data pipelines to support production, lab, and quality workflows while ensuring data integrity.
• Build Power BI dashboards to replace manual reporting with real-time insights and actionable alerts.
• Integrate laboratory systems like Chromeleon with electronic batch records to streamline sample tracking.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in business systems, data analysis, or automation-focused roles.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation and automation.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including macros, Power Query, and complex formulas.
• Experience with Power BI for data visualization and dashboard development.
• Familiarity with workflow automation tools such as Power Automate.
• Experience working with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Navision.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with operations, lab, and technical teams.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to manufacturing, biotech, or lab environments.
• Familiarity with electronic batch records systems like Dozuki.
• Experience integrating data from laboratory systems such as Chromeleon.
