Description

You will analyze requirements and drive system enhancements for HMS and healthcare management software.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop user requirement documents, design documents, and screen presentations based on user feedback.
• Facilitate requirements collection with program offices for system defects and HMS enhancements.
• Design solutions using object-oriented methodology, Unified Modeling Language (UML), or flowcharts.
• Create test cases and scripts to perform software testing and quality assurance.
• Provide work estimates and updates during Release Planning, Sprint Planning, and Daily Scrums.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience with SQL.
• 3+ years in formal software testing and root cause analysis.
• 3+ years in analysis, testing, and flowcharting or Unified Modeling Language.
• 2+ years implementing Healthcare Systems.
• 2+ years with HMS, clinic management, or electronic health record software.
• 2+ years writing and developing user and system requirements.
• 1+ year experience with Agile software development, project management, and testing practices.
• Bachelor's degree required.
