Description

Own the requirements lifecycle, bridging business needs with IT delivery in a large enterprise environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and document business and system requirements, translating them into functional and technical specifications.
• Develop and maintain a Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) to ensure full lifecycle coverage.
• Map business processes to system capabilities, identifying gaps and recommending solutions.
• Manage backlogs, user stories, and defects in Azure DevOps, supporting Agile or SDLC project delivery.
• Create test plans, test cases, and scripts to validate alignment with business requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Business Systems Analyst or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for backlog and lifecycle management.
• Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
• Proven ability to perform technical mapping and process modeling.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience writing test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Proficiency with enterprise systems such as SAP or Oracle.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the utility or energy industry.
• Familiarity with Smartsheet, GIS systems, or energy management platforms.
• Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or ITIL.
