Roles & Responsibilities:

• Partner with business and technical teams to understand reporting and analytics requirements in a BI context.
• Design data models that transform raw data into meaningful business insights for decision-making.
• Create interactive dashboards, visual reports, and scorecards using Power BI for operational and strategic purposes.
• Write DAX expressions and custom calculations to meet specific reporting and analytics needs.
• Create paginated reports for structured and pixel-perfect reporting requirements across the organization.
• Implement row-level security in Power BI to support secure and role-based data access controls.
• Identify and define key performance indicators with clear business objectives and measurable outcomes.
• Analyze data and present insights through reports and dashboards that enable informed business decisions.
• Convert business requirements into technical specifications and support comprehensive delivery planning processes.
• Create relationships across datasets and develop both tabular and multidimensional data models.
• Document data flows, report logic, calculations, models, parameters, and relationships for maintenance purposes.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy Power BI solutions and scripts following best practices.
• Enhance and optimize existing business intelligence solutions through technical and strategic improvements.
• Build customized charts, calculations, and visualizations based on specific business needs and requirements.
• Work closely with users and cross-functional teams to improve reporting performance and usability.

Experience Required: 4+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, reporting, or other data-focused roles with hands-on Power BI development experience.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
