Description

You will bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions for advisor and operations support systems.

Responsibilities

• Elicit requirements from business stakeholders aligned with enterprise goals and industry trends to form a product roadmap.
• Assess and align with the prioritized product backlog, including feature refactoring and defect resolution.
• Coordinate stakeholder input to generate feedback for product enhancements entering the backlog.
• Break down large projects into granular, prioritized components for individual release.
• Coordinate with delivery teams (Release Management, PMO, Architecture, QA, etc.) during project execution.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Expertise in Business Analysis and Process Analysis.
• Experience working on large program project initiatives involving technology components.
• Ability to articulate business requirements supporting development, QA, and change management.
• Experience working closely with application development and QA teams throughout the SDLC.
• Understanding of the technology stack and its implementation processes.
• Familiarity with advisor practices and operational processes.
