Description

You will act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, product owners, and upstream source systems.

Responsibilities

• Own the product backlog and serve as the Scrum Master for the team.
• Analyze and confirm requirements for data sourcing and ETL pipeline changes.
• Identify edge cases and assess the impact of proposed data changes.
• Support developers through the full lifecycle from intake and development to testing and release.
• Lead cross-team collaboration projects and drive improvements in team workflows.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of relevant experience in a related field.
• Deep understanding of Capital Markets and the Trade Life Cycle.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
• Experience working with APIs and SQL.
• Proven Project Management experience.
• Experience working within a Scrum framework.
• Undergraduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience reading basic Java code.
• Python experience.
• Finance industry experience.
