Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from Wealth Management stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Conduct impact analysis and feasibility assessments for system enhancements.
• Collaborate with developers, QA, Product Owners, and business stakeholders.
• Create and maintain business, functional, and technical documentation.
• Support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and production deployments.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions.
• Participate in project planning, estimation, and Agile ceremonies.
• Manage stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst.
• Strong experience in the Wealth Management domain.
• Expertise in:
  • Requirements Gathering & Analysis
  • SQL (Data Querying & Analysis)
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Data Analysis)
  • JIRA
  • Confluence
  • Business Process Analysis
  • UAT & System Testing
  • Stakeholder Management
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

• Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of Wealth Management regulations and compliance.
• Experience with data visualization
