Analyze data processes and design technical solutions to improve data integrity and system performance.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current data processes and recommend improvements based on industry trends and business knowledge.
• Implement data products from the Chief Data Office and develop custom data models for specific use cases.
• Ensure data quality, accuracy, and completeness across all data sources and systems.
• Optimize data pipelines for performance and scalability while providing technical support for escalated incidents.
• Develop detailed solution designs, functional requirements, and technical standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Proficiency with Java and Spring.
• Hands-on experience with Hadoop, HDFS, ADLS, ADF, Spark, Kafka, and Databricks.
• Strong knowledge of relational SQL and NoSQL databases, including Cassandra.
• Undergraduate degree in any field.

Preferred Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Capital Markets.
• Experience using Python and Scala.
