Description

Act as a Business Systems Analyst focusing on IVR and Contact Center integration.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements and map processes for system enhancements.
• Analyze and document contact center call flows and integrations.
• Manage stakeholders through requirement definition and sign-off.
• Utilize Jira and Confluence for tracking and documentation.
• Produce clear technical documentation for system changes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a relevant systems analysis role.
• Strong knowledge of IVR technologies (Genesys Cloud, Cisco IVR, NICE, Amazon Connect).
• Proficiency in Java and Data Management concepts.
• Experience integrating with contact center systems.
• Expertise in process mapping and requirements gathering.
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with any Graduate degree in a related technical field.
