Description

You will lead ServiceNow implementation and process optimization efforts. This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements and document solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
• Design solutions for IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM).
• Analyze business needs to define precise system requirements.
• Optimize existing processes to align with ITIL frameworks.

Required Skills

• Minimum 8+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Expertise in ServiceNow, specifically ITSM and ITOM modules.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL frameworks.
• Proven experience in requirement gathering and solution design.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ServiceNow implementation projects from end to end.
