You will bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions for advisor and operations support systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Elicit requirements from business stakeholders to define product roadmaps aligned with enterprise goals.
• Assess and prioritize the product backlog, managing feature refactoring and defect resolution.
• Coordinate stakeholder input to generate feedback for product enhancements.
• Break down large projects into granular, prioritized components for individual release.
• Coordinate with delivery teams including Release Management, PMO, Architecture, and QA during execution.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of relevant experience in Business Analysis and Process Analysis.
• Experience leading large program project initiatives involving technology components.
• Ability to articulate business requirements supporting development, QA, and change management.
• Proven track record working closely with application development and QA teams throughout the SDLC.
• Understanding of the technology stack and its implementation processes.
• Familiarity with advisor practices and operational processes.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
