Responsibilities

• Own the requirements lifecycle, from intake to testing and high-level planning.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, department heads, and system owners to define financial, business, and operational requirements.
• Facilitate collaborative sessions with diverse stakeholder groups to gather information and requirements.
• Verify existing system efficiency and design strategies for continuous improvement.
• Manage project intake, documentation, testing, and high-level planning.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business systems analysis.
• Proficiency in SQL, MS Office, SharePoint, ServiceNow, Jira, and Confluence.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for organizing large amounts of information.
• Experience managing project intake, documentation, and testing cycles.
• Ability to prioritize competing tasks and handle critical issues effectively.
• High-level understanding of data and technology concepts.
• Proven ability to facilitate meetings with large, diverse groups.
