Define business and technical requirements for payment systems, manage data mapping, and oversee application testing and implementation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze payment transactional data and ensure no business or technical data leakage across banking systems.
• Define functional and technical requirements, create use cases, and document user procedures and workflows.
• Review test plans and cases, assisting in application testing to validate business requirements.
• Collaborate with business partners, technology teams, and vendors to define program-level requirements and project plans.
• Maintain thorough functional and technical documentation for system design, customization, and maintenance.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in business analysis or systems roles.
• Strong experience with payment applications, specifically wire processing (SWIFT and FED) and ISO20022 standards.
• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and manipulation of large datasets.
• Knowledge of SDLC and Agile project methodologies.
• Experience with reporting tools such as Jaspersoft or Tableau.
• Ability to analyze system architecture, payment flows, and data interdependencies.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder management and documentation.

Preferred Skills

• Demonstrated leadership in liaising with external vendors and cross-functional teams.
• Experience establishing security levels and process controls for information exchange.
