Own the translation of Wealth Management business requirements into functional and technical specifications, ensuring seamless system integration and delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from Wealth Management stakeholders.
• Translate requirements into functional and technical specifications, including impact analysis and feasibility assessments.
• Create and maintain business, functional, and technical documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and production deployments.
• Manage stakeholder communication and collaborate with developers, QA, and Product Owners.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst.
• Strong experience in the Wealth Management domain.
• Proficiency in SQL for data querying and analysis.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis.
• Expertise in JIRA and Confluence for project tracking and documentation.
• Proven ability in business process analysis and stakeholder management.
• Experience conducting UAT and system testing.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Wealth Management regulations and compliance.
• Experience with data visualization tools.
