Description

You will analyze and document enterprise system integration requirements to support Finance, HR, Compliance, and Customer Experience units.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Document functional and non-functional requirements, mapping specifications, and user acceptance testing scenarios.
• Execute APIs using Postman or SoapUI and run SQL queries in Snowflake or Postgres to analyze data fields and tables.
• Drive delivery by defining clear acceptance criteria in Feature Stories and assisting in project hand-offs to execution teams.
• Develop and execute test plans, maintain the test catalog, and perform UAT and demos with stakeholders.
• Triage new software integration and enhancement requests while participating in Agile ceremonies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in complex cross-functional initiatives as a Business Analyst or Product Owner with prior engineering experience.
• Deep understanding of system interfacing via REST, SOAP, and GraphQL.
• Hands-on experience with large-scale enterprise platforms such as NetSuite, Salesforce, Anaplan, or Workday.
• Proficiency in requirement gathering, analysis, and translation into detailed user stories.
• Experience working within Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies.
• Ability to work across multiple concurrent features and projects.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Engineering experience with iPaaS solutions like MuleSoft or Workato.
• Experience with ETL/data warehouse tools, data transformation, mapping, and scrubbing.
