Description

You will own requirements definition and system integration across billing and payments platforms.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document system requirements for subscription billing and payments processes.
• Map and validate transaction flows, focusing on payment gateway integration and reconciliation.
• Interface with stakeholders to define integration points between core systems such as ERP and CRM.
• Utilize analytical tools to solve complex business system challenges.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst.
• Minimum 3+ years specializing in payments and subscription billing systems.
• Hands-on experience with Zuora Billing, Payments, and Revenue modules.
• Strong knowledge of payment gateways, transaction flows, and reconciliation.
• Experience integrating with ERP/CRM systems such as Salesforce, NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle.
• Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or Figma.
