Own business and technical requirements analysis, elicitation, modeling, and verification for digital platforms.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and document business and technical requirements using Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.
• Perform advanced data analysis and create systematic requirements specifications in technical and user-friendly language.
• Analyze systems issues using statistical skills and conceptual thinking to support product development.
• Collaborate with IT development staff to support deadlines and ensure successful delivery.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business and technical requirements analysis.
• Advanced SQL for intermediate to complex data queries.
• Understanding of REST & SOAP Web Services, APIs, and server-side components.
• Experience with SoapUI and REST API clients.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills: formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and macros.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Visio, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Scripting experience.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or analytical field.
