Description

You will support Foreign Exchange trading systems and drive enterprise system migrations for financial services operations.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for trading and treasury systems.
• Support ION and Calypso platforms, ensuring stability and alignment with FX trade lifecycle processes (Spot, Forwards, Swaps, Options).
• Manage enterprise system migration projects, including potential transitions from Spectrum FX.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technology teams, and third-party vendors to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Document system behaviors and ensure compliance with SWIFT messaging standards (MT300, MT103, MT202).

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst within financial services or banking.
• Deep understanding of the FX trade lifecycle, including Spot, Forwards, Swaps, and Options.
• Hands-on experience with ION and Calypso platforms.
• Strong knowledge of SWIFT messaging standards, specifically MT300, MT103, and MT202.
• Experience planning or supporting enterprise system migration projects.
• Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into clear technical specifications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience migrating from the Spectrum FX platform.
• Familiarity with API integrations and microservices architectures.
