You will support the analytical aspects of the application product life cycle and manage cross-team dependencies within a product scope.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customers to gather project specifications, create business cases, and perform cost sheet analysis.
- Translate high-level business needs into detailed requirements for new capabilities and enhancements.
- Analyze data to identify business problems, trends, or opportunities for process improvements.
- Create and execute test cases, provide root cause analysis, and develop corrective action plans.
- Identify, document, and resolve risks, defects, and issues across multiple diverse systems.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in business systems analysis.
- Advanced SQL expertise for data analysis.
- Proven ability to act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on end-to-end processes.
- Experience managing complex issues involving regulatory risk exposure and financial impacts.
- Ability to perform root cause analysis and verify delivery of customer needs.
- Experience correlating market trends into business value statements.
- Any graduate degree.
- Must be a local candidate able to work a hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 days remote).
