Description

Manage document archiving and integration requirements for Fiserv Nautilus systems.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Configure Nautilus to archive documents via file transfer processes.
• Gather technical requirements for system integrations.
• Manage document management workflows involving PDFs with indexes or index files.
• Support CX transformation augmentation through integration analysis.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business systems analysis.
• Experience with Fiserv Nautilus document archiving systems.
• Knowledge of file-based document ingestion, including PDFs with embedded indexes or separate index files.
• Experience working with APIs and file transfer protocols.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps.
• Understanding of handling files containing PII data.
• Ability to work within EST or CST time zones.

• Must be able to work without sponsorship, now and in the future.
