Description

You will support the analytical aspects of the application product life cycle and manage cross-team dependencies within a product scope.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers to gather project specifications, create business cases, and perform cost sheet analysis.
• Translate high-level business needs into detailed requirements for new capabilities and enhancements.
• Analyze data to identify business problems, trends, or opportunities for process improvements.
• Create and execute test cases, provide root cause analysis, and develop corrective action plans.
• Identify, document, and resolve risks, defects, and issues across multiple diverse systems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business systems analysis.
• Advanced SQL expertise for data analysis.
• Proven ability to act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on end-to-end processes.
• Experience managing complex issues involving regulatory risk exposure and financial impacts.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis and verify delivery of customer needs.
• Experience correlating market trends into business value statements.
