Description

You will act as a liaison between business stakeholders and engineering to analyze system issues and automate workflows for the HR tech group.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions by coordinating with stakeholders.
• Partner with Engineering to design technical solutions and formulate solution documentation, including process flows and data models.
• Manage project workstreams by gathering information, planning, and executing enhancements with minimal guidance.
• Support the full project delivery lifecycle by documenting requirements, building test plans, and conducting internal testing.
• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), manage defect troubleshooting, and develop training resources for change management.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business systems analysis.
• Certified Salesforce Administrator.
• Proficiency in SQL (minimum beginner level).
• Expertise in business analysis documentation, including BRDs, use cases, technical specifications, and impact analysis.
• Experience with GAP analysis, risk and compliance analysis, and risk assessment.
• Ability to document detailed test scripts and execute test plans.
• Strong experience with backlog grooming, attributes, and approval processes.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Certified Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant.
• Experience working within SCRUM and Agile frameworks.
• Previous Meta experience.
