You will provide strategic direction for applications and units to align with departmental goals and client needs.

Responsibilities

• Consult with client management to analyze short and long-range business requirements and recommend technical innovations.
• Manage and oversee the execution of complex project plans for assigned applications.
• Translate business requirements into detailed specifications for system enhancements and recommended designs.
• Act as a client liaison with internal and external stakeholders to review initiative status and maintenance changes.
• Mentor less experienced personnel and build team knowledge regarding functional specifications and testing.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in business systems analysis.
• Expertise in ServiceNow.
• Expertise in Ariba.
• Proficiency in Jira.
• Proficiency in Confluence.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience managing complex project plans and client relationships.
• Ability to drive integrated testing efforts and review functional specifications.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with operational readiness, including cyber reviews and controls testing.
• Knowledge of technical application resiliency, monitoring, and DevOps automation.
• Experience with incident management, Agile scrum metrics, and solution architecture documentation.
