Description

You will manage Business Systems Analyst activities for work efforts ranging from small maintenance items to large-scale projects.

Responsibilities

• Produce detailed user stories with sufficient acceptance criteria to support product owners, developers, and QA stakeholders.
• Execute elicitation techniques including JAD sessions, interviews, surveys, and shadowing to document business requirements, processes, and flows.
• Perform build vs. buy analyses and cost/benefit assessments for new project requests.
• Define integration requirements by identifying data sources and creating source/target mappings.
• Liaise between business stakeholders and technical leads to communicate requirements and identify logical system design enhancements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business systems analysis.
• Proficiency in drafting RFPs and SOWs.
• Strong understanding of Web Application and Client/Server application concepts.
• Expertise in Microsoft 365 Applications, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Proven ability in meeting facilitation, conflict resolution, and negotiation.
• Experience with HR systems and eCommerce implementations.
• Ability to mentor and provide guidance to junior team members.

Preferred Skills

• Experience partnering with QA and technical teams to ensure implementations align with acceptance criteria and assist with UAT planning.
