Description

You will manage business operations and candidate processes for the professional services division, supporting technical recruitment across international markets.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute internal business operations mapping, implementation, and day-to-day management across all business verticals.
• Manage candidate onboarding, contract fulfillment, and hiring paperwork for clients in Europe, the UK, and the US.
• Maintain accurate communication histories and system records within company databases.
• Conduct periodic system audits and implement process improvements.
• Generate and maintain clear management reports for executive leadership.

Required Skills

• 1-2 years of experience in project management, software development (non-coding), customer service, or organizational processes such as HR, finance, or admin.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general computer systems.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for maintaining system records.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for interacting with international candidates and management.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong business acumen and interpersonal skills.
• Availability to work from the Wakad, Pune office following UK/Europe shifts.
