Description

You will act as the bridge between business needs and technical implementation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business and system requirements through stakeholder collaboration.
• Analyze existing systems and workflows to recommend and design improvements.
• Partner with architects, developers, DevOps, and QA teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Support project planning, implementation, testing (functional, regression, UAT), and releases.
• Provide end-user support, training, and post-release assistance.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role.
• Proficiency in SQL for data querying and analysis.
• Experience with Data Visualization tools for reporting and insights.
• Exposure to Microservices architecture and design patterns.
• Familiarity with Containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with Git for version control and Jenkins for CI/CD.
• Knowledge of modern DevOps practices and workflows.
• Understanding of security and regulatory standards such as SOX and PCI-DSS.
