Description

You will own the analysis and documentation of business and system requirements to deliver scalable solutions.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business and system requirements through stakeholder collaboration.
• Analyze existing systems and workflows to recommend and design improvements.
• Partner with architects, developers, DevOps, and QA teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Support project planning, implementation, testing (functional, regression, UAT), and releases.
• Provide end-user support, training, and post-release assistance.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role.
• Experience with SQL and data visualization tools.
• Exposure to microservices, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud-native applications.
• Familiarity with Git, Jenkins, and modern DevOps practices.
• Experience with low-code platforms.
• Knowledge of Agile practices.
• Understanding of security and regulatory standards (SOX, PCI-DSS).

Preferred Skills

• Agile certifications (CSPO, PSPO, SAFe).
