Description

You will manage the deployment and maintenance of the CARET AbacusNext application and on-premises systems for civil and criminal matters.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage on-premises case management systems and multiple databases.
• Guide business requirements gathering and translate user needs into system requirement specifications.
• Oversee enhancement and new feature deployment, including developing testing scripts.
• Produce custom reports and facilitate data access in business intelligence tools.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and executives regarding system issues.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience with on-premises deployments of AbacusLaw.
• 6+ years of experience managing AbacusLaw databases for civil and criminal matters.
• 6+ years of experience working with DC agencies.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent experience.
• Ability to define system scope and objectives based on industry requirements.
• Experience modifying procedures to solve complex problems regarding equipment capacity and limitations.
