Bridge the gap between analysis, design, and development to support strategic programs with high technical and regulatory complexity.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for large-scale projects.
• Lead analysis efforts and coordinate work across other business system analysts.
• Facilitate communication between multiple business and IT stakeholders.
• Develop data mapping documents, transformation logic, and business glossaries to standardize data consumption.
• Manage tickets, stories, and communication using Jira.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in business system data analysis.
• Strong command of SQL.
• Proficiency in business process modeling, context diagrams, use cases, and user stories.
• Experience with requirements elicitation, project scoping, and project planning.
• Experience working with data warehouses or analytics teams.
• Proficiency in SDLC processes and agile/iterative approaches.
• Experience with XML-based trade data.
• Working knowledge of GitHub and Tableau.
• Foundational knowledge of AWS Cloud, including S3 and Athena.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Finastra.
