Description

You partner with finance, accounting, treasury, and audit stakeholders to improve core financial processes. You translate business needs into clear system requirements and facilitate communication between finance teams and technology partners. You define and manage financial data requirements, including reporting, analytics, and system integrations. You document, validate, and analyze functional and non-functional requirements to ensure alignment. You support the development of features that enhance financial systems and data management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders across finance, accounting, treasury, and audit to understand and improve core financial processes.
• Translate business needs into clear system requirements, facilitating effective communication between finance teams and technology partners.
• Define and manage financial data requirements, including reporting, analytics, and system integrations.
• Document, validate, and analyze functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring alignment and clarity among all parties.
• Support the development of features and solutions that enhance financial systems and data management capabilities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in finance operations and data.
• Experience within global Property & Casualty Insurance is preferred.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency with Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency with Jira and backlog management tools.
• Familiarity with data platforms such as Snowflake.
• Familiarity with ETL pipelines and cloud infrastructure.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams, including vendors and offshore partners.
