Description

The position requires strong project management, organizational, and communication skills, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex environment. A solid technical foundation is needed in data transmission technologies, file transfer protocols such as SFTP, FTP/S, NDM, AS2, and API-based transfers, as well as SSH keys and secure data exchange concepts. Experience working with IBM mainframes, distributed systems, and cloud platforms is important, along with familiarity in Linux, Windows, networking, scripting, databases, and CI/CD tools. Preferred experience includes supporting security-related initiatives, working with large-scale data movement platforms, and exposure to audit, risk, or compliance-driven environments.

Must Have:

3+ years of experience working with ITSM Products or similar enterprise platforms

Experience capturing business requirements and translating them into user stories and acceptance criteria

Experience writing and performing test cases and test plans
