Description

You will analyze business requirements, document processes, and ensure successful delivery of ITSM and enterprise platform solutions through rigorous testing and stakeholder collaboration.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Capture business requirements and translate them into user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation.
• Write and execute test cases and test plans to validate system functionality and data integrity.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, manage priorities, and drive project milestones.
• Support security initiatives and audit compliance within large-scale data movement platforms.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience with ITSM products or similar enterprise platforms.
• Strong understanding of data transmission technologies, including SFTP, FTP/S, NDM, AS2, and API-based transfers.
• Knowledge of secure data exchange concepts, SSH keys, and file transfer protocols.
• Hands-on experience with Linux, Windows, networking, scripting, and databases.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and distributed systems.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex technical environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting security-related initiatives in audit, risk, or compliance-driven environments.
• Exposure to IBM mainframes and cloud platforms.
